JAMMD Productions is formed with the love and dedication of theatrical producer, marketing specialist and composer, Joseph Dessmann.

An acronym of his full name, JAMMD Productions began in 2019 first producing Joseph’s new Australian musical, Jack Frost. JAMMD went on to produce concerts online (during lockdown) and in person from 2021 onwards.

From 2023 Joseph made his home at Ticketek Entertainment Group (TEG), producing tours for their family entertainment branch, Life Like Touring. While at TEG he was Executive Producer of the 2024 production of PAW Patrol Live! ‘Race to the Rescue’ which was the most successful PAW Patrol Live! to date. Other projects include the Australian Premiere of Warner Bros. and DC’s Batman (1989) in Concert - a live film with orchestra event at the iconic Regent Theatre.

Joseph has also ideated several incredibly successful marketing campaigns including for his production of Jack Frost, which prior to being cancelled (due to the pandemic) was to be a sold out run. Notably. he lead the marketing strategy for DreamWorks and Universal’s Gabby’s Dollhouse Live! now touring globally. Most recently he was marketing manager on the Melbourne Premiere of Disney’s Tarzan the Stage Musical and See You Sunday’s debut production of American Psycho the Musical - another premiere which enjoyed a completely sold out run.

Joseph loves theatre and self-admittedly is no genius or miracle worker - he just knows what works, what doesn’t but most importantly is not afraid to try anything and everything to make sure that a production is successful as possible, reacting to market trends and performance results to inform both campaign and producing decisions.
